How to deal with nightmares

 

It's very common for people to have nightmare. They are unconditional, unexpected, scary... In the movies when the person got a nightmare he eventually woke up and got panic and seek some water.


But in our case it would be like when you are having a nightmare you will end up remembering a few events of the nightmare. Anyways they are scary enough to give you chills. 


Let me give some suggestions that might help you overcome your nightmares.


1. Don't be alone at home

Don't be alone at home if you are in a plan sleeping alone in your room. It's because when you are alone your brain starts to imagine a imaginary friend who seems to be like some kind of dark shadow staring at you but when you look at it nothing spotted suspicious. This imaginary friend ended up staying with you till you sleep this is very common for people. Your brain can't stop imagine your friend he might be suspicious but trust me he won't hurt you. 


2. Don't watch horror movies

When you're planning to sleep alone it's better you don't watch any horror movies or horror clips from YouTube are from any ott platform. This movies makes you're imaginary friend more creepy, in spite of being too creepy he might scare you but trust me he never hurt you.


3. Disturbing things and clips

You might have encountered some disturbing clips like human centipede, unit 731, listening to them just give chills if you just imagine yourself in that situation you will ended up having the worst nightmare in your life. some of the Disturbing videos are encountered from tiktok.


4.Unfollow them

Unfollow the people who provide the creepy stuff for you in tiktok and Instagram 

And make sure to suggest it not to recommend that stuff for you. This helps you in concentrating on other things that are more important. To be Frank those creepy stuff is interesting isn't it? 


5. Listen music 

Listening to the cheerful music will make you confident and you won't struggle anymore listen to the attack on titan bgm and you will thank me for this suggestion because this anime gives you chills in every single episode the most recommended anime from my side.


I would like to share my most scary nightmare, when I was 12 years old I guess I got a nightmare about leaving my grandmother's home in bus and when looked at my grandma someone is staring at me, man she looks creepy like hell! I call my mom to look over there and I don't remember from there it ends here but that face still gives chills for me.
